We’re back in Paris this week to take a look at one of the many doors at the Church of Saint-Germain-l’Auxerrois.
Large and imposing, it was the door itself that initially caught my eye. But once I stepped closer, I noticed the intricate detailing above it.
Isn’t that cool?
This church is old – 15th Century kind of old – and it’s impressive both inside and out. Even the smallest details, like a design over a door, are reason enough to visit during a trip to Paris.
Bonne journée!
