A new year, and a new feature on MOTM. Using the letters of the alphabet as inspiration, I’ll be sharing photos and travel anecdotes on a biweekly basis.
To start off this series, I’m sharing a few photos taken at The Museum of Flight a few years ago.
The museum, located in Tukwila, Washington (just outside of Seattle), is the reportedly the world’s largest independent non-profit air and space museum.
There were also some space related pieces. Admittedly, I know absolutely nothing about space travel, but this pressure suit was pretty neat.
I really enjoyed seeing the menu for the inaugural Boeing 707 flight, which flew to Paris, France.
Click and zoom in on the next photo to see what the VIP passengers dined on. I’ll try the pheasant with cream and brandy sauce, please.
Have you been to The Museum of Flight before? If so, what were your favourite things to see?
