I’m back in Paris!
To start my first full day, I took part in a class where we made croissants and other viennoiseries.
It is was so much fun.
It also confirmed my belief that I need supervision when baking or, better yet, I should just leave the baking to others.

I’ve only made croissants once. It was time-consuming but fun. I nailed the lamination and they were delish. I’ve never taken a cookery class on a trip but often go to those given at a nearby restaurant.

Definitely time consuming. It really makes me appreciate the time and work that goes into them.
