Are you familiar with Eataly, the Italian food emporium with new locations popping up around the globe? Our hotel in Las Vegas, Park MGM, has an Eataly on the main floor, so it only made sense that Stephanie and I visit it. In fact, we made a couple of visits.
Set up like an indoor market with a range of different shops to choose from, Eataly has options for everyone.
On our first night, I inhaled daintily ate (ahem) a tasty mushroom pizza. It was drool worthy to say the least.
During another visit we snacked on Sicilian risotto balls, also known as arancini.
Other offerings are gelato, pasta, seafood, sandwiches, salads.. you could easily spend a week at Eataly stuffing yourself silly on delicious Italian food.
If you get the chance, a wander through Eataly is a great idea. If you aren’t hungry when you arrive it won’t take long before your stomach starts rumbling.
Buon appetito!
